INNULUS online support is initiated using remote access of user device. We use some software tools to take control of your device in order to fix issues remotely. We may need to take control of your devices like computer, tablet or phone. We value user privacy so remote access is requested only on issues that can be fixed via remote support and its completely based on your decision and comfort. Technician need to initiate a remote session to pair your device for work. You may cancel or end the control anytime to revoke technician hold on your device. We do not use tools to take your device control in your absence or without your permission so we request user to stay in front of the computer while technician work on it. We educate all the customers of what we are doing in the computer and why we are doing so. We take your permission for every work we do. We have our own internal policy and technology to limit and regulate the use of these software.
